Fitness Classes

Circuit Training:
Circuit Training is one of the oldest forms of class exercise, but also one of the most effective. Great for both the complete beginner & advanced fitness level. You can make it as easy or as hard as you like at each station. There will never be more than 10 people in a session, so this really is small group PT, with plenty of 1:1 instruction and motivation from the instructor too.




Boxing Conditioning:
Boxing Conditioning is an energetic, high intensity boxing specific conditioning session. It is extremely addictive and will combine all boxing based elements such as punching, footwork, body movement, defense with general fitness conditioning. It is a great workout for both experienced boxers and complete newcomers looking for a high intensity, fun workout. Bag & Pad work included.


ABAE Boxing Tutoring ( Junior & Senior):
Our ABA certified boxing tutor will guide you through your boxing development. Whether you are just interested in learning a new sport and enjoy boxing conditioning or have an eye on getting into the ring for an amateur bout. All the hard work and graft expected from a boxing gym. Have a light spar with safety protection, or just keep it to the bags and Pads, the choice is yours.


Body Tone:
An all over body toning session designed to sculpt and shape the shoulders, mid section and legs. Participants will also gain improved body alignment, muscular strength and control. Our small class structure will only allow 10 people per class; this allows our instructor time to correct technique during the session.
